Erica Simunovic

Erica Simunovic has a diverse work experience. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Volunteer Management/Special Projects at WISE & Healthy Aging. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Operations and Sales Manager at REAL OFFICE CENTERS III LLC. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer at Westside Family Health Center. From 2018 to 2022, they were the Employee Experience Manager at Tatari, where they established HR processes that earned the company recognition as the 'Best Workplace' by Inc. Magazine and AdAge in 2020, 2021, and 2022. Erica then moved to Breathwrk Inc. in 2022 as a Product Designer, where they connected usage data and user research to initiate design improvements. Lastly, they moved to MEANS Database in 2022 as a UX/UI Designer, where they conducted usability testing to inform stakeholders with a course of action to increase sign-ups.

Erica Simunovic is currently enrolled in Designlab's UX Academy Certification program, which is set to be completed in 2022. Erica also holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from California State University, Northridge.
