From 2010 to 2011, they were a Google Enterprise Apps Technical Representative at Google. From 2011 to 2014, they held several roles at Pandora, including Supervisor of Client Services, Account Manager, and Associate Account Manager. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Sr. Operation/Implementation Specialist at NativeX. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Director of International & Growth at Kiip. From 2017 to 2021, they were Co-founder/Property Manager at Jay-L Berkeley Management LLC, where they managed a residential apartment building in the Bay Area and increased the investment cap rate from 5.33% to 6.5%. From 2021 to 2022, they were Chief Financial Officer and Director at Park Webster Condominiums. Currently, they are a Client Services Manager at Tatari.
Jay Jia completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Education from the University of California, Berkeley. Jay also studied Economics and Business abroad in The Netherlands at University Maastricht.
