Jin Shang is an experienced product designer with a strong background in psychology and human development, holding a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University. Jin began a professional journey as a PSYCH 1101 Undergraduate Tutor and research assistant, engaging with families and conducting interviews for various psychology studies. Additional research experience includes a role at the Play and Learning Lab, along with a graphic design internship at Children and Screens, where promotional materials were created to boost parent engagement. Jin gained further product design experience at MongoDB, conducting user interviews and collaborating on high-fidelity designs, and currently serves as an Associate Product Designer at Tatari while contributing to the development of a mobile app for Cornell students through Cornell App Development.
