Russ O'Reagan

Russ O'Reagan has a diverse work history that spans from 2005 to the present. In 2005, they began their career as a Financial Analyst at Freddie Mac, where they prepared complex financial reconciliations on a $700 billion mortgage security portfolio, reducing the monthly close timeline from twelve business days to four. Russ was later promoted to Operations Lead - Enterprise Accounting Systems, where they managed the successful resolution of a substantial accounting system failure. In 2010, they moved to MicroStrategy as a Product Manager - Revenue Management System, where they led cross-functional teams on the development of an internal enterprise financial software system. In 2012, they took on the role of Product Marketing MBA Summer Associate at Delta Faucet, where they developed a strategic analysis of business development opportunities. In 2014, they joined FranConnect as a Product Manager - SMB Marketing Automation, where they helped develop a web application for marketing automation geared toward the SMB franchise industry. In 2015, they began their tenure at comScore, Inc. as a Manager and Senior Product Manager of digital audience measurement & analytics products. In 2019, they joined Meta as a Global Program Manager, where they oversaw a program that helps small businesses get the most out of their Facebook advertising dollars. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Tatari as a Senior Product Manager, where they owned data ingestion, calculations, and UX/UI for linear and streaming TV ad measurement. Russ also implemented a new data model and reporting features to transform the measurement platform from a simple dashboard to a robust business intelligence tool.

Russ O'Reagan obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in 2013, with a focus in Marketing and Strategy. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia in 2005, with a focus in Economics and Psychology. In 2015, they also obtained a Certified Expert in MyMetrix certification from comScore, Inc.
