Vasily Grigorovsky

Vasily Grigorovsky is currently a Senior Data Scientist at Tatari, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Data Scientist II at Tatari and a Data Science Consultant. From 2012 to 2021, they held various roles at the University of Toronto, including Quantitative Researcher, PhD Candidate, Teaching Assistant, and Course Developer. In 2017, they Co-Founded a startup focused on developing solar umbrella technology to deliver affordable energy to families in Nigeria. From 2012 to 2017, they were also a Derivatives Analyst at Prism Valuation. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Research Assistant at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute and a Course Project Leader/Coordinator at the University of Toronto. In 2009, they were a Marketing Materials Coordinator at Janssen-Ortho.

Vasily Grigorovsky has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Toronto, which they obtained from 2012 to 2020. Vasily also has an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Engineering Science and Biomedical Engineering from the same university, which they obtained from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Introduction to Deep Learning, Convolutional Neural Networks, Deep Learning Specialization, Sequence Models, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning from Coursera.
