Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Media at TATCHA

Deirdre Carson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at Galileo Learning. In 2016, they served as a Telephone Outreach Member at the Fund for the Public Interest before becoming a Host at Homeroom Mac + Cheese the same year. In 2017, they took on the role of a Teaching Assistant for the Communication Theory course at Northeastern University and also worked as a Communications Co-op at the MIT Energy Initiative, managing their web presence and social media platforms. In 2018, Deirdre was a Global Brand and Consumer Marketing Co-op at New Balance, where they worked on integrated marketing strategies and managed athlete and influencer seeding programs. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Basis Technologies, starting as a Digital Media Intern before progressing to become a Digital Media Associate and then a Digital Media Specialist, where they managed media plans, executed media buys, and provided mentorship. In 2021, Deirdre joined Athleta as an Associate Digital Marketing Manager, focusing on developing strategies and managing ad buys for brand awareness. Deirdre is currently working as a Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Media at TATCHA.

Deirdre Carson completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies with a minor in History, graduating magna cum laude, from Northeastern University from 2015 to 2019. Deirdre also attended CLIC International House in 2017 and FIE: Foundation for International Education in 2015 as part of their undergraduate studies. Prior to college, Deirdre attended Bishop O'Dowd High School from 2011 to 2015. In terms of additional certifications, Deirdre has obtained several, including Centro Certified: Programmatic Media Buying from Centro in February 2020, an Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot in July 2019, and various marketing analytics and social media marketing certifications from LinkedIn in June 2019. Deirdre has also completed the Twitter Flight School certification from Twitter in July 2019.
