Heidi Pan

Heidi Pan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources, administration, education, and customer service. Heidi most recently worked as an Assistant Human Resources Manager at TATCHA starting in 2021. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Administrator at Inphi Corporation from 2020 to 2021. At Notre Dame de Namur University from 2019 to 2020, they served as a Human Resources Coordinator, handling tasks such as offer letter processing, employee changes, and student employee onboarding. Heidi also has experience as a Center Manager at the Center for Community Involvement in 2018, where they were responsible for hiring and tutoring operations. Heidi was a Human Resources Intern at the City of Burlingame in 2018, assisting with projects related to employee data collection and analysis. Heidi has also worked as a tutor at JEI Learning Center, a admissions assistant at UOP Department of Physical Therapy, and a waitress at Cute Creperie. Throughout their career, Heidi has showcased skills in organizational support, customer service, data management, and training.

Heidi Pan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management & Human Resources and Marketing from the University of the Pacific. Heidi attended the university from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including First Aid/CPR Certification from the American Red Cross in September 2022, Zenefits Product Essentials Certification from Zenefits in July 2021, and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
