Ismini P. has a diverse range of experience spanning over two decades in various roles and industries. ISMINI started their career as a Category Director at Carrefour, where they were responsible for purchasing non-food items and organizing promotional activities. ISMINI then moved on to Clarins, where they held multiple positions, including Commercial Export Director for the Travel Retail Division in Europe. In this role, they managed a team and negotiated agreements with key retailers.

Ismini also worked at La Prairie Group AG as the General Manager for Europe, overseeing 12 domestic markets and implementing an omni-channel strategy. At FaceGym, they served as the Chief Operations Officer, leading the opening of the company's flagship store and a personalized counter.

Prior to joining TATCHA as the Brand Director for the UK, Ismini worked at BY TERRY as the Commercial Regional Director for the UK, USA, and Europe. ISMINI was responsible for developing commercial and marketing strategies, implementing e-commerce strategies, and driving sales growth.

Currently, they are set to join Unilever Prestige - UK HUB as the COO/Head of Sales. Throughout their career, Ismini has demonstrated strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a track record of driving growth.

Ismini P. completed their education at the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London from 1992 to 1995. ISMINI obtained a BTEC HND Business of Fashion Management degree, specializing in the field of fashion. In addition to their degree, they obtained certification as a CIM FCIM Member from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in March 2021. It is unclear whether they obtained any additional certifications related to their HND Business of Fashion Management degree.
