Thomas Findlay IV has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Financial Analyst at TATCHA since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ICU Medical from 2019 to 2022, first as an Inventory Control Analyst, where they supported cycle counting inventory and ensured alignment to requirements. Thomas then transitioned to the role of Distribution Operations Analyst, where they processed EDI transactions, monitored operational processes, and resolved EDI issues, leading to significant improvements in various operational metrics.

Before ICU Medical, Thomas had internships at Edwards Lifesciences in the supply chain department. In 2018, they interned as a Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapies Supply Chain Intern, and in 2017, they interned as a Transcatheter Heart Valve Supply Chain Intern, where they managed the integration of a new cleaning schedule and acted as a group planner for cleaning schedules.

Prior to their corporate internships, Thomas gained experience in the food service industry. Thomas worked as a Busser at Wipeout Bar & Grill from 2015 to 2016, where they took customer orders and served food and beverages. Thomas also worked as a Juicer at Nekter Juice Bar from 2014 to 2015, where they interacted with customers and prepared orders. Additionally, Thomas worked as an Assistant/Helper at Comfort Advisors in 2013, assisting in the installation of air conditioning units and providing customer education and training on their purchases.
