Maria Lacy began their work experience in 1992 as an Operations Manager at FedEx Express, where they supervised and trained a staff of 30-60 employees, maintained records and reports, and ensured compliance with regulatory agencies. In 2012, they transitioned to Accurate Professional Tax Service as an Office Manager until 2015. Maria then worked as a Production Coordinator/Customer Service at Y&W Technologies from 2015 to 2016. Maria joined SYNCREON in 2016 as an Operations Supervisor, and in 2018, they became the Office Manager/Administrator at Tate Computer Systems, overseeing day-to-day operations and providing administrative support. Additionally, Maria served as a Property Manager at Lacy's Rental Property from 2004 to 2012.
Maria Lacy completed their Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Southwest Tennessee Community College from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1989, they attended Westwood High School where they studied Mathematics.
