Becky Webber

Becky Webber serves as the Operations Director for Tate Recruitment's South region, overseeing multi-site teams across ten locations with a focus on commercial growth, operational leadership, and cultural development. Since joining Tate in February 1998, Becky has excelled in strategic leadership roles, including as South East Operations Director, where exceptional team performance led to 14% profitable growth in 2019. Previous achievements include recognitions such as Permanent Consultant of the Year in 2010 and Branch Manager of the Year in 2008 for robust financial results. In addition to the role at Tate, Becky founded Positive Career Advice to support professionals in career transitions and has served as Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Co-Lead at Impellam Group. Becky is currently pursuing a Level 7 Executive Coaching & Mentoring degree from ILM.
