Holly McSweeney is an experienced recruiter and people manager with a passion for equality, diversity, and inclusion, particularly in neurodiversity. They have held various roles, including Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Lead at RSS Global, where they championed LGBTQIA+ representation and education initiatives. Holly’s previous experience includes significant leadership roles at Tate Recruitment, overseeing multiple branches and managing P&L responsibilities. They began their career in recruitment with Tinies Childcare and transitioned into marketing communications. Holly graduated from Bournemouth University with a degree in Television Production.
