Mor Panfil

Mor Panfil has had a successful career spanning various roles in different companies. As the Co-Founder and COO of TaTiO, Mor spearheaded the development of a platform for assessing work abilities and employee engagement. Prior to this, as the CEO of Taasuka Shava, Mor managed a company under a tender from the Ministry of Labor and Welfare for vocational guidance and placement for the underrepresented population. Mor also served as the CEO of Eshnav - Career Development, where significant initiatives were launched for students from unrepresented populations. With a background in occupational therapy and human resources management, Mor has demonstrated leadership in team development, strategic planning, and project management throughout their career.
