Umar Farooq

Umar Farooq's work experience starts with an internship at ShaperJet in 2016, where they worked on advancing the company's 3D printer model. Umar then joined India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd. in 2017 for an internship, where they applied CFD analysis on the exhaust system to improve flow characteristics. In 2015, they worked as a Design Engineer at Inferno DTU. From 2016 to 2017, they served as the Team Lead and Head of Steering Department at the same company. In 2019, Umar joined Sabudh Foundation as a Machine Learning Trainee. Currently, they are working at Tatras Data, initially as a Junior Data Scientist from 2020 to 2022, and now as an Associate Data Scientist.

Umar Farooq earned their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Mechanical and Automotive Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering. Umar attended the institution from 2014 to 2018.
