Tom Fix

Tom Fix has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tom currently serves as the NATO Requirements Manager at Tatra Solutions, where they are responsible for managing requirements for NATO air basing within Europe. In this role, they write requests for information to the 30 nations of NATO, analyzes their responses, and adjusts products accordingly.

Prior to this, Tom worked as a Robotics and AI Analyst at Stratom, Inc., where they integrated robotic and autonomous systems across the Army. Tom also staffed robotic and autonomous systems documents within the Army Requirements Oversight Council meetings and organized Senior Leader Robotics Forums.

Before joining Stratom, Tom was a Joint and Army Experimentation Analyst at Quantun Research International. In this role, they assisted in the development of ARCIC's Experimentation Plan to address Army Warfighting Challenges.

Earlier in their career, Tom worked at Cubic in various roles. Tom served as a Joint Experimentation Analyst, participating in discovery events and demonstrations using analytical wargames and simulation methodologies. Tom also worked as a Homeland Security Analyst, supporting the Office of Domestic Preparedness and assisting in the development of the DHS Universal Task List. Additionally, Tom was a Joint Capabilities Analyst, a role in which they focused on integrating joint warfighting capabilities into joint training events, and a Joint Training Analyst, where they coordinated efforts to standardize taxonomy and lexicon for joint military operations and training.

Overall, Tom Fix has a solid background in requirements management, robotics and AI integration, experimentation, and joint training analysis.

Tom Fix attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1971 to 1975, where they studied Engineering. Following this, they pursued a Master of Mass Communication degree at the University of South Carolina from 1982 to 1983. Finally, in 1989 to 1990, Tom enrolled at the Command and General Staff College, focusing on Military Operational Art and Science/Studies.
