Previous experience includes positions at VML & Associates as Ingeniero de Proyectos, Departamento de Salud de Puerto Rico as Gerente de Proyectos, and Germán Torres & Asociados as Inspector de Obras. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, completed in 1993.
