Lucy Mirando is a seasoned professional in the tourism and travel industry with extensive experience in tour management and guest engagement. Currently serving as a Tour Director at Destination America since August 2021, Lucy oversees trip logistics, historical commentary, and on-site experiences. Previously, as Shore Excursions Manager for American Queen Voyages™, responsibilities encompassed managing land operations and excursion logistics for river cruises.
