Mark Helbig is a seasoned manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Tauck Director at Tauck since 2019. They have extensive experience, having previously held positions such as Corporate Hotel Manager at River Advice AG and Hotel Manager on luxury river cruise ships with Scylla AG. As a business owner of World Hospitality Services since 2006, Mark exemplifies expertise in training, leadership, and business acumen. They are bilingual in English and German and played a key role in Tauck’s recognition as one of the World’s Best River Cruise Lines during multiple years. Mark completed their education in Restaurantfachmann at Copthorne Hotel Stuttgart International from 1996 to 1999.
