Apryl Ware

Apryl Ware has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Apryl started their career with de Courcy Estate Agents as an Office Manager in 2006 and then worked as a Cabin Crew member for Emirates from 2008 to 2010. Apryl joined The Adecco Group as a Recruitment Administrator in 2012 and later worked as an HR Advisor / Recruitment Consultant at HMS Host in 2014. In 2015, they joined Hays as a Senior Consultant specializing in Senior Finance and Human Resources. Apryl then moved to Azon Recruitment Group in 2018, working as an Accountancy & HR Lead. In 2019, they joined Morgan McKinley as a Senior Consultant and subsequently held roles as Principal Consultant, Team Leader, and Recruitment Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Professional Services at Taurus Search, starting in 2023. Overall, their work experience showcases a strong background in recruitment and a progression into leadership and management roles within the professional services industry.

Apryl Ware attended the University of Limerick from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a B.A Hons Degree in Human Resource Management. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, they studied at ICHAS and earned a B.A of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
