Tavi is an AI recruiting agent that lives inside your team's Slack.

Describe what you're looking for in plain English. Tavi runs deep, autonomous searches across any role, qualifies candidates against your specific needs, writes personalized outreach, and keeps your pipeline moving. All without leaving Slack.

Tavi isn't a search bar with filters. It's an agent that learns your company's context across Slack conversations, docs, and past hires to get sharper with every search. It understands what "good" looks like for your team, not just what matches a keyword.

- Deep Talent Search: agentic sourcing that goes far beyond job boards and LinkedIn filters
- Personalized Outreach: messages drafted with real context about the candidate and your company
- Continuous Learning: every search, every hire, every piece of feedback makes the next one better

The research depth of a top agency, the authenticity of your own team, running 24/7 in the background.
