At Tavo Coaching, we believe running is a gift—a chance to find peace, purpose, and joy in every mile. Founded by husband-and-wife duo Gustavo and Cathy Román, we specialize in personalized coaching that blends structured training with performance-driven nutrition.

Gustavo, an RRCA Certified Running Coach and 2:38 marathoner, has a B.S. in Sports Conditioning, Coaching & Psychology from Texas A&M University. He has coached dozens of athletes to discover their passion for running and achieve new personal bests. Cathy, a NASM Certified Sports Nutrition Coach and experienced ultra-runner, brings her expertise as a professional chef and barista trainer to create customized nutrition plans that fuel performance and recovery.

We offer one-on-one and combined coaching services designed to meet runners at every level. Whether you're chasing your first finish line or aiming for a personal record, our goal is to equip you with the tools and knowledge to perform your best and truly enjoy the journey.
