Sultan Alsayed has extensive experience in operational excellence and network engineering, currently serving as Lead Operational Excellence Performance and Senior Performance Assurance Specialist at TAWAL since June 2021. Responsibilities include measuring and analyzing operational KPIs and generating performance reports for continuous improvement. Prior roles at Huawei from June 2019 to May 2021 as Submarine NOC Engineer and Performance NOC Engineer involved monitoring and maintaining complex optical fiber transmission networks. Additionally, Sultan completed a Quality & Continuous Improvement internship at Johnson Controls in 2019 and a summer internship at Aramco in 2016, gaining valuable exposure to various IT and engineering disciplines. Sultan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from St. Mary's University and a Nanodegree in Data Analysis and Visualization from Udacity.
