Vice President of Customer Success at Tawkify

Alexis Rico has worked in various customer service roles since 2004. Alexis began their career as a Customer Service Manager at Mulholland Brothers in 2004. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at One Kings Lane, where they held the roles of Director of Customer Operations, Senior Manager of Customer Operations, and Customer Service Manager. In 2016, they joined AHS as the Director of Client Services. Since 2019, they have been the Vice President of Customer Success and the Director of Customer Success at Tawkify.

Alexis Rico received their M.A. in Organizational Communication from Emerson College in 2004, and their B.A. in Organizational Communication from San Francisco State University in 2002.
