Susan Huang has over 15 years of experience in design and product management. Susan began their career in 2003 as a freelancer, working on projects for clients such as engaged couples, teachers and medical professionals. In 2004, they joined Harvey and Daughters, Inc. as a designer, where they created in-store wall merchandising graphics & units, new product launch campaigns, seasonal promotions- counter-top and free standing displays, retail specific product packaging, creative concept development for customer research, point-of-purchase materials, logo designs, direct-to-consumer brochures, free standing insert coupons, and press kit design. In 2008, they joined Sushi Oishii as a User Experience Designer, where they were responsible for creating a restaurant experience that involved the relationship between the staff and clientele. In 2010, they became a Senior User Experience Designer at One Kings Lane and also co-founded Design Play Foundation, where they designed Design Thinking for children. In 2011, they became the Design Chair of the San Francisco Chapter of Taiwanese American Professionals, managing the overall design and branding of all TAP collateral across both print and digital media. Finally, in 2012, they joined Tawkify as a Senior Product Manager and Product Design Lead.
Susan Huang received their MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts in 2011. Susan received their B.A. in Graphic Design from University of Maryland in 2003. Susan also attended Maryland Institute College of Art, Baltimore County Continuing Studies.
