Tyana Vélez

Tyana Vélez has been working in the digital marketing and ophthalmic technician fields since 2017. Tyana began their career as an Ophthalmic Technician at Horizon Eye Specialists & LASIK Center in 2017. Two years later, in 2019, they moved to Boutique Eye Orlando, where they held the role of Ophthalmic Technician and Social Media Manager. In 2021, they joined Tawkify as a Digital Marketing Intern, and later became a Digital Marketing Associate.

Tyana Vélez has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Northern Illinois University, where they studied English from 2011 to 2015. Tyana then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Digital Marketing from Northern Illinois University, which they completed in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications from HubSpot Academy: Content Marketing (July 2021), Social Media Marketing Certification Course (July 2021), and SEO (February 2022).
