Thomas Hoopes

Thomas Hoopes, CMI, currently serves as the Director of Filing Operations at TaxCloud, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Thomas was a Tax Manager at Moss Adams from December 2021 to April 2024, and held various positions at Vertex Inc. from June 2017 to December 2021, including Supervisor of Tax Processing and Tax Operations Support Specialist. The career began as a Senior Tax Accountant at Wolters Kluwer Health from January 2016 to May 2017, followed by a role as Sales and Use Tax Accountant at ARAMARK from August 2012 to January 2016. Early career experience includes outbound marketing at Power Home Remodeling Group from May 2011 to September 2012. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Widener University, completed between 2008 and 2013, and graduated from Unionville High School in 2008.
