Anna Sandor is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in both B2C and B2B sectors. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Taxfix since December 2022, Anna leads user research initiatives focused on the German market, collaborating with multiple product teams to identify user pain points and enhance research practices. Prior to this, Anna held senior roles at idealo internet GmbH, Viessmann, USEEDS° GmbH, Zalando SE, Telenor Hungary, and UXstudio, where responsibilities included launching research rhythms, conducting multi-market studies, and improving user experiences across various industries. Anna's educational background includes a BA in Design and Art Theory from Budapest Metropolitan University, a BA in Integrated Design from the Köln International School of Design, and participation in the SUSEDE Sustainability & Service Design Summer School at the University of the Aegean.
