Andrew Hocking

Andrew Hocking is an experienced tax technology and consulting professional currently serving as Vice President of Tax Technology at Sovos since October 2019, where leadership of a regional team focuses on VAT advisory and product integration. Previously, Andrew held the role of Vice President of Consulting & Compliance Services at Sovos, overseeing a BPO and consulting business with over 150 employees across six countries, and led the European managed services offerings as Director of Managed Services - EMEA. Prior to Sovos, Andrew spent nearly a decade at PwC in various senior managerial roles within tax technology and indirect tax. Andrew holds an Executive MBA from Imperial College Business School, is an Institute Member of ICAEW, completed the Chartered Accountants Program with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and earned a bachelor's degree in Commerce and an honors degree in Business from Monash University.
