Maye Edwin

Maye Edwin has a strong background in software engineering, with experience in both front-end and back-end development. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Software Engineer at Taxually, where they focus on building robust capabilities for businesses and individuals to improve their user experience when filing tax returns. Prior to this, Maye worked at Sky.Garden as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were involved in developing the marketplace and merchant web apps. Maye also had a role as a Software Engineer at Sky.Garden, where they focused on building user experiences and features for day-to-day users. Maye has also worked as a Course Instructor at AltSchool Africa, where they created frontend engineering course content for students. Additionally, they gained experience as a Software Engineer at Pigo Consulting and Impala Glass Industries Ltd, where they worked on various projects for clients based in Africa and the United States. Maye's career in technology began with internships at Microsoft, and they also served as a Microsoft Student Partner. Maye Edwin attended Moi University from 2014 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the "Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional - Version 11" from Automation Anywhere in May 2020. Additionally, they earned the "Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (V11.0)" from Automation in April 2020. Prior to that, they obtained the "Google Cloud Platform Essentials" certification from Google in February 2018. In March 2017, they obtained both the "Microsoft Azure Storage" and "Azure Fundamentals" certifications from Microsoft.
