William Miller

William Miller is a Senior Coastal and Hydraulics Engineer at Taylor Engineering with over 19 years of experience in the US Navy, where William served as a Commander. William holds a PhD in Coastal Engineering from the University of Florida, as well as a Master's degree in the same field. William also has a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan.
