Robert Plummer

Robert Plummer is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technical and design roles. Currently serving as a Silver Level Certified Warranty Repair Technician at Taylor Guitars since April 2014, Robert specializes in working on ES systems, NT neck angle adjustments, and addressing common warranty repairs. Prior experience includes working as a Pool and Backyard Designer at Premier Pools & Spas from July 2019 to November 2022, where Robert collaborated with clients to create personalized outdoor spaces. Robert also contributed as a Guitar Repair Tech Specialist at The Guitar Center Company from October 2013 to June 2015, focusing on repair, maintenance, and upgrades of musical instruments. Additionally, Robert served in the US Navy from 2001 to 2006 as a Nuclear Machinist Mate, responsible for operating and maintaining propulsion plant systems. Robert's educational background includes certifications as a Luthier from Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery and a Certificate of Completion in Machinist Mate Nuclear from Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
