Chad Eby

Chad Eby has had a diverse range of work experience. Chad started their career as an Engineering Co-op at Delta Airlines, Inc. where they managed logistics and maintained technical avionics systems. Chad then worked as an Account Manager at Tektronix, Inc. where they re-engineered the inventory control process and consulted with clients on how high-tech measurement equipment could improve their productivity. Following that, Chad worked as an MBA Summer Intern at Bank of America where they audited and re-engineered processes, resulting in significant annual savings. Chad then joined Shea Homes as a Leadership Development Associate, Land Acquisition Analyst, and eventually became a Manager of Sales Support. In these roles, they analyzed market data, managed relationships with trade partners, created proformas for land acquisitions, and implemented sales reporting tools. Currently, Chad is working at Taylor Morrison as a Corporate Director of Sustainability, where they are responsible for integrating sustainable values into the company and driving sustainability goals and initiatives.

Chad Eby graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1999 with a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering. In 2006, they obtained an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. In 2014, they earned a Certificate in Private Capital Markets from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Recently, they obtained additional certifications including Sustainable Capitalism & ESG Online from Berkeley Law Executive Education and a Corporate Social Responsibility Certificate Program from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
