Christopher Trahan

Christopher Trahan currently serves as the Land Acquisition Director at Taylor Morrison, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Christopher worked as the Land Acquisition Manager at Toll Brothers from June 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included management positions in financial analysis and land acquisition. Academic credentials include a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate, Finance, and Investments from Cornell University, along with a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and History from Louisiana State University. Christopher has also gained significant experience through various roles, such as Executive Editor for the Cornell Real Estate Review Journal, an intern at Arch Street Capital Advisors, and serving in the office of U.S. Senator John Kennedy, as well as in the Louisiana Department of the Treasury for over eight years.
