Ericka Pace is a seasoned homebuilding and real estate executive currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Taylor Morrison. With a robust background that includes roles such as Director of Sales at Lifestyles Realtors and Senior Director of Sales and Marketing Operations at Lennar, they have demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. As Division President at Lennar Homes, Ericka led a team of over 400 members and managed $1.5 billion in annual revenue. Previously, they held positions at Accelerated Marketing Partners and PrimeTime Communities, enhancing their expertise in sales and marketing operations. Ericka is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida.
