Jason Foringer

Jason Foringer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jason is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Taylor Morrison since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Sales at Taylor Morrison from September 2021 to February 2023. Before joining Taylor Morrison, Jason worked as an Area Sales Manager at Lennar and Legend Homes in 2019 and 2017 respectively. Jason has also held positions as a New Home Counselor at Beazer Homes and Meritage Homes from 2015 to 2017 and 2012 to 2015 respectively. Earlier in their career, Jason served as the Chief Operations Officer, VP of Sales, and General Counsel at Limelite Technologies, LLC. Jason also worked as a General Counsel and President of Manufacturing at Admiral Toys Inc. from 2003 to 2008. Jason has a legal background and started their career as an Attorney in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in 2001. Before that, they worked as part of the Felony Drug Team at the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office in 2000. In 1999, Jason served as a Law Clerk at the Office of the Independent Counsel, Kenneth W. Starr.

Jason Foringer attended The University of Dallas from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy/Psychology. In 1994, they also studied at the PLFM Antigua Guatemala, which was part of The University of Dallas program, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. After completing their undergraduate studies, Jason attended Oklahoma City University School of Law from 1998 to 2001, obtaining their Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Additionally, they furthered their Spanish language studies at the Christian Spanish Academy in Guatemala, though the end year for this program is not provided.
