Mark Berman

Mark Berman has extensive experience in the homebuilding industry, spanning over several companies. Mark began their career at Lennar Homes in 1991, serving as a Division Controller until 1995. Mark then moved on to Beazer Homes, where they held the position of Division CFO for two years. Following this, they joined Ryland Homes as the Vice President of Finance from 1997 to 2004. Afterward, they joined K. Hovnanian Homes as the Regional CFO, responsible for finance and accounting in the Maryland region. Most recently, they worked at Taylor Morrison as the VP of Finance from 2008 to 2015 and then as the Director of Operations, Joint Ventures from 2015 to the present.

Mark Berman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting/Economics from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1979 to 1984.
