Matt Cuarta, MBA, has extensive experience in land acquisition and development, currently serving as Vice President of Land Acquisition & Development at Taylor Morrison since July 2017. Previous roles at Taylor Morrison include Director of Land Development & Entitlements and Senior Land Development Manager. Prior to Taylor Morrison, Matt Cuarta worked as Land Development Manager at Lennar and held the position of Construction Project Manager at LGI Homes. Matt Cuarta's career began at the City of Fort Myers, serving in various capacities including Division Manager and Operations Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Hodges University.
