Matthew Johns

Matthew Johns is an accomplished Area Construction Manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Since September 2018, Matthew has been with Taylor Morrison, and also serves in a similar capacity at AV Homes, Inc. since September 2016. Prior roles include Building Engineer at Riteway Building Services, where Matthew focused on code compliance for Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and Project Manager/Safety Officer/Estimator at Miller Plastering and Stucco, overseeing multi-million dollar commercial projects. Previous experience includes Building Manager at KB Home and DB Project Manager at Aon Hewitt, managing pension plans for multiple clients. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts from Valencia Community College.
