Michael Harder

Michael Harder currently serves as the Land Acquisition Director at Taylor Morrison, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Michael was a Real Estate Associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP from May 2019 to May 2024, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating various real estate agreements and leading transactions across multiple property types. Michael began his career at Izar Capital Group as an Analyst, specializing in financial statement analysis and modeling. Michael holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government & World Affairs from the University of Tampa.
