Mitch Avery

Mitch Avery is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as VP Field Operations and VP Construction at Taylor Morrison since June 2000. Mitch manages an annual construction business valued at $330 million, overseeing the delivery of over 600 units with an average sales price of $550K, and leads a team of 41 Construction Managers and 12 Warranty Managers across 26 communities. Prior to this role, Mitch worked as a Construction Manager at Lennar from January 1998 to June 2000, where responsibilities included scheduling daily construction activities and maintaining up to 15 homes while consistently delivering projects on time and within budget. Mitch's career began in the US Navy, where as an Avionics Technician, responsibilities included maintaining P3-C Anti-Submarine Aircraft and serving on multiple overseas deployments, including during Desert Storm, while also holding a Top Secret clearance and completing various leadership training programs.
