Phil Wolf

Phil Wolf is currently the VP and Deputy General Counsel at Taylor Morrison, a position held since 2025. They have a robust background in real estate and commercial transactions, as well as litigation management and corporate strategy. Previously, Phil held various legal roles, including General Counsel for Taylor Morrison's East Region and Region Counsel at Lennar. Phil earned an MBA in Strategy and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh.
