Property Developer | Investor Partnerships

I’m a property developer specialising in high-end HMO and serviced accommodation conversions across Manchester, London, and Brighton.

After several years running a project management business overseeing HMO and flat conversions for other investors, I now focus exclusively on our own developments, working with business owners, directors, and private investors who want strong, secure returns backed by property.

Together with my husband Ben, we run Taylor-Smith Property, where we’ve built a reputation for creating design-led, sustainable homes that consistently outperform the market. Our award-winning projects prove that shared living can be both stylish and profitable.

What we offer private investors:

- Secure, asset-backed opportunities

- Strong, fixed returns tailored to each investor

- Complete transparency throughout the project lifecycle

We’ve successfully raised and repaid multiple rounds of private investment, and with new projects underway, we’re looking to partner with more investors who want their capital working harder, while being part of something genuinely innovative in property.
