Amanda Ebbutt

Amanda Ebbutt is a Partner at Taylor Wessing, specializing in patents within the life sciences, healthcare, and technology sectors since March 2014. With extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, Amanda has represented pharmaceutical companies in UK patent actions and has coordinated multi-jurisdictional patent litigation. Prior to this, Amanda served as Patent Litigation Counsel (secondee) at Mylan, focusing on European patent proceedings. Amanda's earlier roles include Associate in the Intellectual Property department at Linklaters and a Trainee Solicitor. Amanda holds a Post Graduate Diploma of Intellectual Property Law and Practice from the University of Oxford, participated in a student exchange program at the National University of Singapore, and earned a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws degree in Drug Design and Development from The University of Queensland.
