Kai Kim is a Shanghai-based German corporate and M&A lawyer serving as a salary partner at the international law firm Taylor Wessing. Specializing in cross-border M&A transactions, Kai advises on corporate law matters with a particular focus on China-related projects, facilitating joint ventures and investment opportunities. With prior roles including senior associate at Baker McKenzie and lecturer at both Humboldt University and Freie Universität Berlin, Kai combines extensive legal experience with a deep understanding of Chinese business practices.
