Mark Chan

Mark Chan is the managing partner of H.M. Chan & Co in association with Taylor Wessing. Before founding H.M. Chan & Co, Mark spent almost two decades practising corporate and corporate finance law at top-tier UK and US law firms. He is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong, Singapore, and England and Wales.

Mark's clients include renown private and public companies, investment funds and private investors. With his years of experience supporting local and international clients in Hong Kong, Singapore, and other parts of Asia, Mark knows how to exceed his clients expectations and get the most out of each deal. He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
