Simon Jupp

Simon Jupp is a Senior Counsel specializing in brands and advertising law at Taylor Wessing, where they have worked since 2023. Their legal career began as a Trainee Solicitor at Shoosmiths from 2013 to 2015, followed by roles as Legal Counsel during a secondment at Volkswagen Group UK Ltd and as an Associate and Senior Associate at Taylor Wessing between 2017 and 2020. Additionally, Simon contributes as an Industry Mentor for the British Fashion Council and serves on the Anti-Counterfeiting Committees of both ECTA and the International Trademark Association. Simon holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Nottingham and completed the Graduate Diploma of Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
