Tom Farley

Tom Farley is an experienced risk professional currently serving as the Enterprise Risk Manager at Taylor Wessing since 2025. Previously, Tom worked as the Senior Enterprise Risk and Assurance Manager at DLA Piper and held various roles at Exeter City Football Club from 2008 to 2015. Tom started in internal audit at BDO UK LLP in 2015, rising to Senior Internal Auditor after completing their ACA qualification in 2018, where they managed diverse internal audit assignments across multiple sectors. Tom also contributed to risk management at Selfridges from 2019 to 2022, where they established data analytics capabilities and led crucial risk workshops.
