Aaron Retter is a seasoned UX Designer currently working at Taylor Digital since January 2017 and simultaneously serving as a Creative Technologist at Taylor Communications since June 2014. With a strong background in software engineering gained at Kettering Medical Center from July 2008 to May 2014, Aaron transitioned to developing innovative solutions for client and organizational needs. Earlier experience includes a Graphic/Interactive Design Internship at Standard Register, where contributions included leading a gamification project aimed at enhancing employee understanding of business solutions. Aaron holds two Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees from Miami University: one in Interactive Media Studies and another in Graphic Design, completed between 2010 and 2014.
