Amanda Link has built a diverse career in human resources and management, starting as a Specialty Shop Manager and Sales Associate at Scheels from June 2012 to January 2014. Following that, Amanda served as a Human Resources Manager and Assistant Store Leader at the same company. In September 2015, Amanda transitioned to EI Microcircuits, taking on the role of Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included administering employee benefits, managing FMLA, LOA, COBRA, EEOC reporting, and overseeing compliance with DOL regulations until June 2025. Currently, Amanda holds the position of Human Resources Director at Taylor Corporation. Amanda earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Minnesota State University, Mankato, between 2007 and 2012.
