David Dashiell has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. David began their career at Motion Control Industries as an Engineer from 1993 to 1995. David then moved on to NCR, where they held various positions including Engineer, Principal Engineer, and Research and Development Manager from 1997 to 2007. During their time at NCR, David led numerous projects, including the development and commercialization of new technologies, and successfully managed cost reduction teams. In 2007, they joined NCR Corporation as an Engineering Manager, responsible for global manufacturing equipment and talent. David saved over $16 million in 2008 through effective cost management. In 2010, David joined Taylor Communications as Director of Quality Systems, achieving significant reductions in cost of quality. David later became the Vice President of Engineering at Taylor Communications, where they successfully consolidated production and distribution networks, resulting in lower fixed costs. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality improvement.
David Dashiell earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University between 1992 and 1997. David later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dayton, completing their degree between 1999 and 2002.
